4. Cork Collection & Product Submissions

Participating venues agree to:

• Collect and store corks in clean, designated bags;

• Follow any provided guidelines regarding shipping or pick-up;

• Not include synthetic corks or foreign materials.

Recorks reserves the right to decline collection or participation from venues that do not comply.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Recorks.com, including logos, designs, trademarks, graphics, and text, are the property of Recorks or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

6. Orders, Subscriptions & Products

Recorks.com participation is subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our sole discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recorks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services. We provide the Services "as is" without warranties of any kind.
